Will I receive paperwork, such as transaction history or statements when my Instant account is closed?

Yes, between 31st August 2024 to 22nd September 2024, you will receive an email containing important documentation on your Instant account history. This email, sent to the email address saved on your account, will contain your contract notes, transaction history and account statements dated from 6th April 2023. If you need documents dated before this time, please contact us at support@nuwealthapp.com.

Make sure you read this information carefully and keep it safe for your records. You may need it for tax purposes.
