Can I select which dates the amount will be deposited?
Yes, you can choose to Auto Deposit and Auto Invest either on the 7th, 14th, 21st, or 28th of each month.
Direct Debit payments are not made on weekends or bank holidays. If your payment date falls on one of these days, it will be processed on the next working day. Your deposit will settle in the app on the next working day after collection.
If you want to change the date you have selected:
- From the App Homepage, tap Portfolio
- Tap Auto Invest
- Tap Update Direct Debit
- Select your new date
You can make changes at any time, but here’s how the timing works:
- To apply changes for the upcoming collection, make sure to submit them at least 10 working days before the scheduled collection date.
- Changes made after this deadline will usually take effect from the following month.
At least five working days prior to your Direct Debit collection date, you will receive via email an advance notice that on behalf of NuWealth, Seccl Custody Ltd will be collecting a payment from you by Direct Debit. This notice will confirm your upcoming Direct Debit amount, bank account, payment reference, and Direct Debit date.
