Can I customise Auto Deposit for different investment accounts?
Yes, you can set different Auto Deposit amounts and dates for each investment account, and select varying Auto Invests per account too.
To do this, open the NuWealth app and make sure you have the investment account where you want to make changes selected.
To edit the values per account:
- From the Homepage, tap Portfolio
- Tap Auto Invest
- Edit the values according to your preferences for that account
To edit the date per account:
- From the App Homepage, tap Portfolio
- Tap Auto Invest
- Tap Update Direct Debit
- Select your new date
You can make changes at any time, but here’s how the timing works:
- To apply changes for the upcoming collection, make sure to submit them at least 10 working days before the scheduled collection date.
- Changes made after this deadline will usually take effect from the following month.
Note, if you enter £50 for an ISA, and £50 for a GIA, £100 in total will be taken via Direct Debit. It’s worth reviewing your total Direct Debit amount after any changes to avoid surprises.
