Stocks & Shares ISA Declaration

For your own benefit and protection you should read our Terms & Conditions carefully before committing to an investment. When you use our services we will take this as acceptance and agreement of our terms, and you will be bound by them.

I apply to subscribe for a Stocks & Shares ISA for the current tax year (2024/25) and each successive year until further notice.

I declare that

• all subscriptions made, and to be made, belong to me;
• I am 18 years of age or over;
• I have not subscribed/made payments, and will not subscribe/make payments, more than the overall subscription/payment limit in total to any cash ISAs, stocks and shares ISAs, innovative finance ISAs, and a Lifetime ISA in the same tax year;
• I am resident in the United Kingdom for tax purposes or, if not so resident, either perform duties which, by virtue of Section 28 of Income Tax (Earnings & Pensions) Act 2003 (Crown employees serving overseas), are treated as being performed in the United Kingdom, or I am married to, or in a civil partnership with, a person who performs such duties. I will inform my platform provider or Seccl Custody Limited if I cease to be so resident or to perform such duties or be married to, or in a civil partnership with, a person who performs such duties;
• for my own benefit and protection, I have been given the opportunity to read the Terms and Conditions carefully and have had any questions I had concerning them answered to my satisfaction;
• I agree to the Terms and Conditions; and
• I consent to my personal data being used in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

I authorise the ISA manager:

• to hold my cash subscription, ISA investments, interest, dividends and any other rights or proceeds in respect of those investments and any other cash;
• to give effect to my instructions in accordance with the Terms and Conditions; and
• to make on my behalf any claims to relief from tax in respect of ISA investments.

I declare that the application form has been completed to the best of my knowledge and belief. I will notify you without delay of changes to these particulars.
